Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join the Project Controls team supporting Power & Energy programs, including transmission and substation capital projects. The role is open to Dallas, TX / Tulsa, OK / Corpus Christi, TX locations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across cost, schedule, risk, and document controls, developing advanced dashboards and analytics to guide executive-level decision-making and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls or related finance roles on capital projects.
• PMIS/Scheduling platforms familiarity with e-Builder, Primavera P6, Procore, Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of finance, schedule, and document controls across transmission and substation programs, leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Create and maintain program/project schedules; review and monitor contractor schedules; identify issues and propose resolutions.
• Develop and implement project controls processes, including change management, cost/schedule standardization, and reporting.
