Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project controlling or related fields.
• Experience in project-based, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with financial management systems and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integral resource for the Project Management Department across project execution.
• Ensure project administrative compliance with established methodologies and internal standards.
• Assist with order handover processes, supporting initial setup and ongoing administrative tasks.
• Support SAP and IPEX functionalities, including reporting, scheduling, and financial document management.
• Address discrepancies in the order entry process and resolve SAP- and IPEX-related issues.
• Perform regular financial reviews, including forecasts and variance analyses.
• Create, manage, and update project invoicing structures during the order entry process and throughout order execution.
• Regularly monitor progress billings, ensuring timely revenue recognition.
