This early-career to mid-level role emphasizes solid accounting fundamentals and teamwork in a fully onsite environment. You will handle general ledger tasks, journal entries, audits support, and collaboration with the finance team to maintain GAAP compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of SAP experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audit processes with schedules and documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and report variances.
