Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a seasoned Project Controller to partner with Project Management and Accounting, ensuring accurate order setup, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting on a manufacturing, project-driven basis.

This on-site role in Duluth, GA offers cross-functional collaboration across departments and a strong emphasis on financial oversight. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and at least seven years of project-controlling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
7 years of experience in project controlling, project accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
Experience in project-based, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
Hands-on SAP experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting, forecasting, and data management.

Responsibilities

Project Support & Execution: support project management across all phases and ensure compliant order entry.
Financial Management: manage invoicing structures, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Resource & Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership with revenue and forecasting reports.
