This role partners with Project Managers, Directors, and cross‑functional teams to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, translating financial data into actionable insights that support decision‑making and drive project outcomes.

Pay is DOE. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction/finance, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years Construction/Finance experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Construction, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial closure, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Experience in multi-project environments and data forecasting.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support most aspects of accounting management.
• Develop, maintain, and refine project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Collaborate with managers and directors to establish financial baselines and ensure alignment with goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn other software and corporate systems.
• Prepare financial reports associated with project controls.
• Manage journal entries and reconcile accounts for monthly or annual closing.
• Participate in preparation for audits.
• Help develop reports for management or regulatory bodies.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
