Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Project Controller to own and integrate the project controls across schedule, cost, and risk for a large-scale program in the United States. The role requires coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure governance and on-time delivery.

Key duties include developing the integrated project schedule, managing baseline changes, applying EVM metrics, and producing monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls for large-scale projects.
• Proficient in delivering schedule, cost, risk, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report integrated project schedules (IPS) in Microsoft Project.
• Track cost baseline, commitments, actuals, and forecast with EVM integration.
• Maintain change management logs and issue PCNs with cost and schedule impacts.
• Manage project risks and issues, update risk register, and define mitigation actions.
• Provide monthly performance reporting including schedule, cost, and procurement status.
• Deliver cadenced reports and look-ahead schedules with milestone tracking.
