You will own financial reporting, internal controls, and cash flow management while partnering with Executive Leadership and project teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience with job costing, WIP reporting and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Experience with financial statements, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage job costing, WIP schedules, and project profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals and banks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and internal control improvements.
