Project Control Analyst will partner with program management to manage budgets, forecasts, EACs, and reporting for a diverse portfolio of government contracts. This role requires collaboration, attention to data accuracy, and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor.
• Deltek Costpoint experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments and levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management Teams in the development, review, and updates of project budgets, forecasts, and EACs.
• Set up CostPoint project workforce and manage labor charges; communicate budgets to project team members.
• Monitor expenditures for accuracy; resolve discrepancies and miscoding with Accounting.
• Review and report project financial performance (revenue, cost, margins) and propose corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor cost management including POs, invoicing, and warranties with Purchasing.
• Support audits (DCAA/DCMA) and development of project control processes and procedures.
