Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction on large industrial capital projects.
• Experience overseeing EPC contractor, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, construction supervisors, and field personnel.
• Ensure execution aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Promote a world-class safety culture with zero incidents.
• Coordinate construction activities across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure delivery.
• Support startup activities and handover to commissioning and operations.
