Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Seven (7) or more years experience in related field.
• Five (5) years project management experience in health plan operations or related field.
• Project Management/ Project Management Certificate (PMP) preferred.
• Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations.
• Knowledge of program management preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management applications and templates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex, cross-functional projects and coordinates internal and vendor resources.
• Manages project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, metrics, testing, implementation, and deliverables.
• Resolves barriers and improves processes for quality execution.
• Provides expertise in MAPPO, Commercial, HMO, and PPO products.
• Monitors progress and prepares status, budget, and metrics reports.
• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors staff on project management issues.
• Reviews systems and tools to ensure quality and efficient implementation.
• Recommends process changes to improve project execution.
