Job summary

Braskem America is seeking a Project Manager for the Marcus Hook site to lead end-to-end capital projects, from FEL through commissioning. You’ll oversee scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractor performance, ensuring safety and compliance at the Marcus Hook site.

You’ll collaborate with operations, maintenance, HES, engineering, and procurement while reporting to the Northeast region Project Leader. The role combines on-site leadership with regional portfolio delivery responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BS engineering with 10+ years PM/engineering experience.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter who works well in cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading field execution and contractor management.
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
