Job summary

Braskem America is seeking a Project Manager for the Marcus Hook site to deliver capital projects end‑to‑end, from FEL through commissioning. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, risk, and construction activities, coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and external contractors.

Based at Marcus Hook, you will report to the Northeast regional Project Leader and drive safe, compliant, and competitive project delivery within Braskem’s Capital Work Process.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of project management/engineering experience.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven record leading projects through design and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Constructability reviews and construction execution planning.
• Turnover preparation and project performance reporting.
• Annual portfolio budgeting and project prioritization.
• Lead field execution and contractor management at Marcus Hook site.
