Job summary

Braskem is seeking a Project Manager for the Marcus Hook site to drive end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects from FEL through commissioning. You will lead on‑site construction, manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk, and coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement and regional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• B.S./BEng in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of PM/engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex capital projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects from FEL through close‑out.
• Oversee scope, cost, schedule, risk, contractor performance and field execution.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement and regional teams.
• Prepare turnover packages and provide project performance reporting.
• Support annual portfolio budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
