Job summary

Braskem America, the leading polypropylene producer in the United States, is seeking a Project Manager for the Marcus Hook site to deliver end‑to‑end capital projects. You will lead FEL through commissioning, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring safe, compliant execution.

The role requires strong engineering background (BS in engineering), 10+ years of PM/engineering experience, and a collaborative, results‑oriented approach. Based at Marcus Hook with regular field work and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of project management/engineering experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FEL development and constructability reviews.
• Plan and manage construction execution, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
• Lead turnover preparation and project performance reporting.
• Conduct portfolio budgeting, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams across sites.
