ComEd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee transmission and distribution construction projects, managing scope, schedule and budget with a focus on safety and quality. You will coordinate internal and external teams, stakeholders and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–7 years of Transmission/Distribution construction experience, or a HS diploma with 6–9 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management concepts or principles.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to build consensus and foster culture change.
• Certifications within first year include Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA 30.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project construction to meet scope, budget, and schedule while assessing risk.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to maximize safety, quality, diversity, and cost savings.
• Conduct peer reviews of engineering design to resolve constructability issues and delays.
• Act as primary liaison between Project Management and work groups; lead site walk downs and meetings.
• Oversee safety observations, root cause investigations and incident reviews as requested.
• Participate in training, staff and project meetings, and provide updates.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate site visits to communicate work processes.
