Job summary

PMA Consultants in Ann Arbor is seeking a Project Billings Specialist to join the FP&A/Contracts team. This hybrid role supports client billing for services, maintains contract documents, and ensures project budgets stay on track by monitoring AR and reporting.

You will prepare monthly invoices in NetSuite, coordinate expenses, and collaborate with project managers to resolve payment issues. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project accounting and strong Excel skills, with experience in ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business or accounting, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project accounting experience, including billing and AR duties.
• Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite billings module.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoices and summarize time charges by employee and project.
• Customise invoices per client requirements and maintain project files.
• Monitor accounts receivables, collections, and project budgets.
• Set up new projects in NetSuite and coordinate with project managers.
• Collaborate with PMs and clients to resolve payment issues.
