PMA Consultants is seeking a Project Billings Specialist to join our FP&A/Contracts Team in a hybrid role at our Ann Arbor headquarters. You will manage client invoicing for services, maintain contract and budget documentation, and support leadership with reports and financial data.

The role requires 5+ years in project accounting with billing duties, NetSuite experience, and strong Excel skills. A flexible, detail-oriented professional will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or associate degree in business or accounting preferred or 10 years of related experience.
5+ years of project accounting experience with billing duties.
Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite billings.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

Prepare monthly invoices using NetSuite and summarizing time charges by employee and project.
Customize invoices to meet multiple clients’ requirements.
Maintain project records and files including contracts, POs, and sub-consultant agreements.
Set up new projects/tasks in NetSuite per internal guidelines.
Monitor project budgets and account balances for issues.
Communicate with project managers and clients to resolve payment issues.
Coordinate timesheet data and expenses for invoicing.
Track budget to ensure projects stay within approved limits.
Assist in internal initiatives across departments.
