Huitt-Zollars is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead transportation facility projects, including operation and maintenance facilities. This role requires a registered architect licensed in WA, TX, or OR and 10+ years of related experience, with strong leadership and business development skills.

The position can be based in Seattle, WA, Fort Worth, TX, or Portland, OR and involves national project support. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect licensed in WA, TX, or OR.
• Minimum 10 years of project management and transportation facility experience.
• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Architecture required.
• Strong communication and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to support clients nationwide.
• Experience with business development for transportation facilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Senior Architect and Project Manager on transportation facility projects including O&M facilities.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, staffing, quality, and client coordination.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver projects.
• Support transportation pursuits, interviews, and proposals; engage with clients at industry events.
