Job summary

Huitt-Zollars invites an experienced Project Manager for Industrial Architecture to lead projects from concept to construction in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on quality and compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years in an A&E setting, RA licensure, and proficiency in MS Project/Deltek Ajera, AutoCAD, and Revit. Reports to the Director of Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in an A&E environment, preferably industrial/manufacturing.
• Licensed Architect (RA) in good standing.
• Strong understanding of industrial facility design and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of project development from proposal through construction and closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact; maintain relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor performance and implement actions.
• Oversee contracts, subconsultant agreements, and change orders per standards.
• Ensure deliverables meet firm standards and regulatory requirements; lead QA/QC.
• Identify risks and ensure safety/environmental/compliance adherence.
• Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
• Mentor junior staff and foster team development.
