Qualifications

• Develop, oversee, and monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subconsultants.
• Mentor staff and participate in professional organizations.
• Lead business development and client engagement with TxDOT, NTTA and others.
