Job summary

Archinect is seeking a Job Captain to lead architectural production from schematic design through construction documents. You will supervise BIM implementation, coordinate with consultants, and mentor production staff to ensure accurate, timely project delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in construction documentation, with strong Revit/AutoCAD skills and QA/QC focus. Expect collaboration with multiple disciplines in a fast-paced Las Vegas studio.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressively responsible architectural experience.
• Expertise in construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct architectural production from SD through CD.
• Prepare and oversee complete construction documents and schedules.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary consultants and lead meetings.
• Lead BIM as the project BIM lead and ensure standards.
• Perform code analyses, life safety reviews, and accessibility coordination.
• Support permitting, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout.
• Mentor junior staff and manage production workloads and budgets.
