Westar Architectural Group Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead gaming, hospitality, industrial, and entertainment projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and communications to keep teams and clients aligned for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing design development, construction documents, submittals, RFIs, on-site observations, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Architect license in Nevada or NCARB licensure is required.
• 10+ years of related experience in architecture or project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in Revit (Level 3+) and construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor junior staff.

Westar Architectural Group Las Vegas is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead gaming, hospitality, industrial, and entertainment projects from concept through completion. This role ensures seamless coordination across all phases—aligning scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and communications while enabling teams and clients to work effectively and achieve successful outcomes.

Position Overview

• Lead the projects through Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding & Negotiations, Construction Administration and Project Closeout in coordination with the contractor.


• Obtain and negotiate Consultant Proposals


• Prepare Consultant Contracts


• Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with Architects and Consultants


• Manage client relationships and team communication


• Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutions


• Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks


• Coordination of the project manual and specifications from the architect


• Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews


• Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI's


• Lead construction meetings with Client and Contractor

Qualifications

• Able to obtain Architect license of Nevada or NCARB licensure


• 10+ years of related experience


• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field


• Revit Level 3+ highly


• Excellent working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures


• Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done


• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills


• Desire to develop junior staff


• Support leaders with staffing decisions, revenue projections, and business development efforts including proposals and interviews


• Utilize MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project, stay familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Photoshop, and Microsoft Teams


• Portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

The base salary will be based on experience.
