The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of architectural experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with a current license or nearing licensure.
• Demonstrated experience with Type V and Type I construction.
• Working knowledge of the IBC and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration from IFC issuance through closeout.
• Complete and refine construction document packages.
• Review and respond to RFIs and process submittals.

Skills

10+ years of architectural experience

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
