Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience with PM responsibilities.
• NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• Architectural licensure preferred; candidates pursuing licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from programming to construction administration.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and project performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and drawing production.
• Apply building codes, accessibility standards, and zoning requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and lead design direction.
• Engage in client presentations and project meetings.
