Job summary

SGA Design Group in Denver seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects. This is a remote role requiring residency in the Denver area, with bi-monthly office visits as scheduled.

You will manage client projects, coordinate entitlements, code analyses, and produce construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring design intent and budget alignment. Collaboration with consultants and timely permit processing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or CAD/Revit training; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of architectural experience, with volume building experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Scheduling: manages client projects and coordinates entitlement, code analysis, documents, permitting and construction administration.
• Construction Document Production: develops detailed construction documents aligning with design intent and scope.
• Completes architectural sheets with accuracy to ensure marks/changes are carried through the set.
• Uses prototypical drawings/details to efficiently complete work.
• Coordinates with consultants to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate and on time.
• Reviews project specs with team to complete on time and within budget.
• Quality Control: reviews documents for accuracy and completeness; mentors production team.
• Permitting: coordinates with jurisdictions to obtain permits within deadlines and hours.
• Addresses plan review comments and prepares necessary transmittals.
