Job summary

Qualifications

Architectural degree required (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Licensed Architect with 10+ years of project experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (Revit-first firm).
Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies and detailing.
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
LEED certification and sustainable design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept to construction.
Collaborate with clients, engineers and consultants to develop innovative solutions.
Produce and oversee construction documents with sub-consultants.
Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure project success.
Mentor and support junior team members and promote learning.
Support business development to expand industry impact.
