We are seeking a passionate and well‑rounded Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of postgraduate experience and a degree in architecture. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects focused on reusing, rehabilitating, and modernizing existing structures. You will be involved in all aspects of project design and delivery, including conducting field surveys, developing design concepts, creating presentation materials, preparing construction documents, and assisting with construction administration. As part of our collaborative office culture, you will work closely with principals, project managers, designers, and other team members through regular meetings and one‑on‑one discussions.
This position is based in Boston, with the initial expectation of in‑person work. As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities for increased workplace flexibility. The position requires some travel throughout the United States.
