Qualifications

  • Architectural degree required (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Licensed Architect with 10+ years of project experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (Revit-first firm).
  • Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies and detailing.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
  • LEED certification and sustainable design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept to construction.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.

What You Bring


  • Architectural Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.

  • Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience managing diverse projects.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (We are a Revit-first firm).

  • Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies, and construction detailing.

  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office or virtual setting.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed.

  • LEED certification and experience in sustainable design are a plus!

  • Experience with community engagement is a bonus.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Competitive salaryof $80,000 to$120,000, commensurate with experience.
