Our Cities & Places team is seeking an Associate Project Architect to help deliver innovative, sustainable, and human-centered design solutions that shape communities and improve the way people live, work, and connect. As we continue to expand our architectural practice in the Boston market, we’re looking for a design-focused, technically minded architect ready to grow and make an impact.
As an Associate Project Architect, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the planning, design, and documentation of complex projects across life science, transportation, and commercial markets. You’ll contribute to the development of architectural concepts, coordinate with engineering partners, and help advance projects through all phases—from early visioning through construction administration. This role supports a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale urban and municipal developments.
This position requires an in-office presence in our Boston office two days per week. We welcome applications from candidates outside the Boston area who are able and willing to commute at their own expense.

The base salary range for this position is $97,700.00 to $134,400.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
