Job summary

GFT is seeking a Sr. Project Architect/Manager to lead high‑level architectural projects in Raleigh, NC.

The role focuses on expanding GFT's architectural presence in Industrial, Life Sciences, Transportation, and Municipal markets, while managing client relationships and delivering timely project outcomes. The position requires 15+ years in architecture, licensure in NC, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe CS, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in architecture and project management.
• Registered Architect with NC licensure or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Proven ability to lead projects, pursuits and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and diverse teams from concept through construction completion.
• Provide client management and key stakeholder coordination.
• Drive design concepts, production quality and schedule adherence.
• Travel periodically within the Carolinas for opportunities and meetings.
