Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered / licensed Architect.
• 15+ years of experience delivering complex buildings in a commercial firm.
• Proven leadership in project management, client relations, and technical design.
• Mastery of building systems and sustainable design; LEED/WELL preferred.
• This Raleigh role is not remote or hybrid; work in the Raleigh office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major projects, shaping design direction and client relationships.
• Lead multiple large-scale projects from concept to construction administration.
• Ensure quality assurance, design excellence, and technical rigor across teams.
• Manage key client relationships and coordinate consultants and staffing.
• Support project managers and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Resolve advanced technical issues and ensure code-compliant solutions.
• Represent the firm in stakeholder meetings and public presentations.
• Mentor emerging leaders and contribute to firm strategy and culture.
