Job summary

CRB is seeking an Architect IV for our Raleigh, NC office to lead and execute complex architecture projects across life sciences and food & beverage sectors. This role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and directing the work of others as Architect of Record.

You will mentor staff, manage design development, and contribute to project delivery from early programming to construction administration, with a hybrid on-site/remote schedule in Raleigh,

Qualifications

• Cross-discipline project coordination experience.
• Ability to develop construction documents for complex projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design through all phases from programming to construction administration.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, and codes analyses.
• Mentor architectural staff and act as Architect of Record on assignments.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and clients; support construction activities and RFI/submittal processes.
