Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. in Austin is seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to grow our municipal, commercial, and higher education markets. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage design and delivery, and coordinate with a strong national architectural team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architectural design and planning, a degree in architecture, and strong client relationships. Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Architect preferred; NCARB preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in architectural design and planning within core markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across municipal, commercial, and higher ed sectors.
• Coordinate documentation, QA, and adherence to firm standards.
• Manage client relationships and marketing pursuits as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and support project closeout and coordination.
