Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Associate III to join our team in a role that blends design, documentation, and project coordination across market sectors.

You will participate in an integrated project delivery approach and advance your AXP experience while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of architectural office experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and Revit proficiency, with LEED credentials preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 5–8 years of architectural office experience.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD and Navisworks preferred.
• Experience with Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Assists the client/project manager with development of project proposals, cost and scope.
• Prepares design and construction documents using appropriate standards and works with consultants.
• Assists project managers with construction administration tasks such as attending OAC meetings, writing reports, taking minutes, reviewing submittals.
• Exercises independent judgment, coordinating decision making with the project lead.
• Works as part of a team including communication and coordination with team members in architecture and other disciplines.
