Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect to join our Illinois office.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage projects from design through construction, and build strong client relationships while supporting marketing and business development efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with architecture, interior design, landscape, structural and MEP engineers, coordinate documentation, conduct QA, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of architectural design and planning experience in core markets.
• Proven project management and supervisory experience.
• Strong ability to develop new clients and maintain relationships.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from design through construction.
• Manage projects and ensure alignment with goals, standards, and budget.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships while supporting marketing.
• Coordinate documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee QA and compliance with Farnsworth Group standards.
• Lead coordination among architecture, interior design, landscape, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Communicate with clients on technical matters and regulatory reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and support day-to-day project work.
