Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to guide architecture projects from concept through closeout on a multidisciplinary team.

You'll coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and client communication, mentor staff, and ensure design intent is realized while upholding firm standards and QA/QC processes.

The role requires a Bachelor in Architecture or related field, RA licensure, and 8+ years of experience managing complex design projects in the U.S.

• 8+ years of architectural project experience with lead responsibilities
• Strong planning, communication, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from concept through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; track milestones and fees.
• Serve as primary client liaison; deliver regular updates.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
• Oversee contracts, proposals, and consultant agreements.
• Ensure QA/QC reviews, permitting docs, and standards compliance.
• Lead construction administration: submittals, RFIs, site visits, COs.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, accountable team.
