Qualifications

• Education: Professional Architecture Degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Licensed Architect (required).
• Experience: 15–20 years of licensed experience in architecture; proven track record presenting to clients.
• Core Competencies: leadership, collaboration, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and present comprehensive technical and design solutions to clients.
• Partner with Project Managers to oversee project delivery.
• Drive conceptual design and technical development on complex projects.
• Develop innovative architectural detailing and solutions.
• Conduct planning, studies, and occupancy analyses.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and architectural documentation.
• Ensure high standards of design, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert-level consultation in planning, design development, and technical strategies.
• Coordinate with Practice Leaders and Managing Partners on goals and standards.
• Resolve complex architectural challenges using advanced practices.
• Mentor emerging professionals and junior architects.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams.
