Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years leading projects or teams.
• Registered Architect (RA).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong planning, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF mark-up tools (Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle: plan, program, design development, and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; forecast fees and address risks.
• Serve as primary client liaison; deliver updates and manage expectations.
• Coordinate the team of architects, interior designers, and consultants.
• Assist with proposals, negotiate consultant agreements, and support business development.
• Oversee QA/QC, code analysis, permitting docs, and firm standards.
• Lead construction administration: review submittals, RFIs, COs, and site visits.
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
