Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management role within electrical construction.
• Experience leading complex electrical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven ability to manage budgets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex electrical construction projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide on-site leadership, build and motivate the project team to meet milestones.
• Control project scope, schedule and budget; report on status and risks.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with code requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare estimates, detailed project plans and change orders when needed.
