Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• Registered Architect required.
• 10–20 years of experience in building design and documentation; academic and research buildings preferred.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or other modeling software.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio, resume, and cover letter attached.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of varying sizes in collaboration with Senior Project Architects, Designers, and Principals.
• Design, analyze, detail, and document healthcare, academic, or corporate buildings.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications to ensure construction conforms to codes and client requirements.
• Coordinate architecture and engineering team members to deliver integrated documents.
• Lead construction administration and review processes with teams and clients.
• Mentor and advise on firm standards and processes.
• Present to clients, contractors, and external project teams.
