Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience
Experience across healthcare, academic, or institutional sectors
Registered Architect
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

Lead projects from design through delivery
Develop and implement project strategies that align design, technical, schedule, and client objectives
Oversee project documentation, coordination, quality, and technical delivery
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide design and technical leadership across project teams
Lead Construction Administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations
Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical standards, processes, and studio initiatives
