Actalent seeks a Project Architect to take ownership of multiple architectural projects from initial design through permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration. The role leads day‑to‑day architectural activities, coordinating with internal leaders and clients across commercial, multifamily, healthcare, industrial and corporate interior projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a strong ability to work

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and professional registration is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience from schematic design through construction documents.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD for production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project design efforts from schematic through construction documents.
• Own multiple projects and manage them from concept to completion.
• Coordinate detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Oversee permitting and construction administration to maintain design intent.
• Support ground‑up and renovation projects across sectors.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical and Operations leadership.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure accuracy, code compliance and constructability in drawings.
