Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on healthcare
• Licensed architect in the United States
• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• Experienced in all phases of project design, construction documentation production, and construction materials
• Familiar with building codes and engineering systems
• Strong interpersonal and client presentation skills
• Ability to apply Revit and interpret/review Revit drawings

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute technical documentation for projects
• Coordinate design development and construction documents with teams
• Direct production of schematic, design development, and construction documents
• Review shop drawings and construction documents for conformance
• Conduct field observations to monitor construction progress
• Coordinate engineering systems and ensure quality control
