Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (US) required; California licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of architectural experience across multiple building typologies.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• LEED accreditation and experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
• Public-speaking and ability to lead large teams of consultants, contractors and clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical design assignments through the full design and delivery process—from programming to construction documentation and permitting.
• Engage with clients to secure approvals and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead project delivery, direct teams, and coordinate with engineering and specialty consultants.
• Facilitate communication among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants and permitting officials.
