Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
• Registered/ licensed architect.
• 8–12 years of experience as an architect.
• Experience leading a project team.
• Knowledge of estimating project needs and translating to budget hours/costs.
• Capable of keeping budgets on track.
• Leadership to a sequence of tasks.
• Ability to motivate the team to meet milestones.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative, and Newforma.

Responsibilities

• Provide limited, high-level production supervision for complex projects.
• Assist Project Manager with managing multiple projects.
• Supervise preparation and accuracy of contract documents.
• Incorporate codes, construction techniques, and sequences across disciplines.
• Perform site observations and report progress.
• Maintain responsibility for project cost control and budget.
• Communicate with clients, officials, and contractors in writing and by phone.
• Write reports such as feasibility studies and condition reports.
• Supervise building code reviews and permit applications.
• Make major design decisions involving space, aesthetics, and materials.
