DAVRON, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead multifamily, mixed-use, educational and government projects from concept through construction.

You will collaborate directly with firm leadership, mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate consultants, ensure code compliance, and build strong client relationships while enjoying a collaborative, close-knit studio environment.

Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager ready to take the lead on exciting projects in Charleston, SC? Join an established, close-knit architectural firm specializing in multifamily residential, mixed-use developments, educational facilities, government buildings, and historic preservation! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with 15–20 years of professional architectural experience preferred; Registered Architect (RA) licensure required, particularly in South Carolina.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, experience with MasterSpec, and working knowledge of SketchUp for architectural design, documentation, and visualization.
• Proven experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, educational, government, and commercial architectural projects from conceptual design through construction completion.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, permitting, consultant coordination, and client expectations.
• Lead architectural design development, review construction documents and specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering consultants, while resolving technical and design challenges.
• Manage construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, site observations, change orders, and project closeout.
• Build strong client relationships, collaborate directly with firm principals, and mentor junior architects and designers while maintaining high standards of design quality and project execution.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
