Job summary

DLR Group is seeking an experienced Project Architect for the Justice + Civic Sector in Riverside, CA. The role involves managing all aspects of project document development for complex civic projects, coordinating with PMs, and leading cross‑functional teams to develop technical solutions.

You will ensure BIM standards and QA/QC procedures are followed, review cost estimates, and maintain alignment with project workplans. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional architecture experience.
• Experience on institutional, civic, public safety, and/or justice building projects preferred.
• Proficient in REVIT and CAD modeling and rendering software.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project document development for complex Healthcare projects and coordinate with project team to maintain quality and schedule.
• Lead cross‑functional design disciplines to develop technical solutions and coordinate with PMs for budget and timelines.
• Ensure BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and clash detection are executed across project deliverables.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications with the specification writer and assist in preparing sections.
