Job summary

DLR Group’s Phoenix office seeks a Designer, Justice & Civic to contribute to project teams in a hybrid setting, balancing office time with remote work. You'll support design development, document production, and coordination under mentorship, gaining hands-on experience in architecture.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate architecture degree, up to five years of experience, proficiency in Revit, and strong collaboration and communication skills to contribute to small-to-moderate projects

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Architecture degree required or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project development and design documentation.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications with the design team.
• Apply BIM standards and contribute to design analyses and layout work.
• Support in meeting project timelines and budgets.
