Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of design solutions from concept through design development, ensuring client expectations and budgets are met.
• Prepare detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specs per codes.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, tracking milestones and ensuring timely deliverables.
