Stratus, a multidisciplinary engineering and design firm, is seeking a Senior Architect (RA) Team Lead to guide design and lead project teams through all phases of design and construction. You will ensure adherence to codes, regulations, and client expectations while coordinating with consultants and clients.

You will mentor junior staff, manage project schedules and budgets, and lead construction administration activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) as required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years of architectural experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Preferred PMP or project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process for architectural projects.
• Provide technical leadership reviewing construction documents.
• Oversee integration of building systems with architecture.
• Maintain client communication and project management.
• Mentor junior architects and designers.
• Manage schedules and budgets.
